The train service will run for sure in all the detailed Itinerary for 2012.
During 2009 there was only ONE Train Trip cancelled due to an accident in the railroad. Incas del Peru had a Bus trip ready for our passengers and managed to get them all in a fun trip to Huancayo with stops at all the main train places. We hope there will be no other cancellations, but if there is one we will be there at Lima Train Station to offer an alternative solution.
We are glad to offer the passenger Train Trip Packages via Internet by a system we worked out for travelers who want to have the services provided by Incas del Peru, so far all our clients got their services and tickets on time and we will continue with all our service with the usual professional way

Details
Departure from Lima to Huancayo
The train will leave from Lima at 7:00 a.m. from the Desamparados Train Station (behind the Government Palace, Central Lima).
Arrival:
The train will arrive in Huancayo at around 7:00 p.m. (the journey takes about 12 hours).
Departure from Huancayo to Lima
When the train departs in the morning it leaves at 7am. You will arrive to Lima at about 7pm to Desamparados Train Station
When the train leaves in the evening it leaves at 6pm. You will arrive in Lima at about 6am. To Desamparados Train Station.
CONDITIONS

When passengers are leaving from Huancayo the voucher will be handed at Huancayo Train Station or at their hotel

Incas del Peru will issue a Service Voucher by email please print it and you will show the Voucher/Ticket (yellow) and your passport at the Train Station to get placed in your couch and numbered seat.

In case there is for any reason out of our control no train service, INCAS del Peru could provide another type of transport to Huancayo, to replace the service, or postpone the train trip. No refunds will be available.

We include with the ticket maps and useful information about the train trip, Huancayo and the Central Andes, this will be provided at the Train Station in Lima before departure.
